What we collect
Contact details and project information you enter in a request, account details, newsletter email and ZIP, and reviews you publish.
How we use it
To route your request to a crew, contact you about it, sync the job to our scheduling system, and send newsletters you asked for.
Who sees it
The crew handling your request sees your contact details. Published reviews show your first name and last initial.
Signing in
There are no passwords. We email a one-time 6-digit code that expires after 10 minutes, and we store only a keyed hash of it.
Your choices
Contact the project desk to correct or delete your account, requests, or newsletter subscription.
